The G&J companie have been operating in the Brazilian market for more than 20 years in diversified segments (Civil Construction, Transport, Agribusiness and Wind Power), recognized for its technology, flexibility and agility and has as a highlight its founding partner Mr. Francisco Jeronimo with vast experience in the segment of composites, both in the production of parts, and in the area of tooling and technology development.

For six consecutive years, won the TOP OF MIND OF COMPOSITES organized by ALMACO in the mold category. Its focus for many years was the manufacture of molds and means of production, but in 2015 decided to create a division of its own products.

In order to strengthen its position in the Brazilian market, seeking new skills and internationalization of its brand, a change in the company’s capital structure was initiated with the entry of the French businessman Mr. Damien Jacquinet, who has great experience in the segment of composites and innovative solutions for different segments.

In this way NeoKomp emerges in the composite market bringing with it a strengthened baggage with the experience of its partners, gaining a new organization, with a differentiated business model and organized in two business units – Molds, Models and Templates and Solutions in Products Engineering Plastics.

The NeoKomp is located in São José dos Pinhais (state of Paraná) and its industrial plant has 2,200 m² of built area and 3,200 m² of total area.
